Went to a famous quick lube chain in Abu Dhabi last week and the guy spent 20 minutes trying to sell me air filters, fuel system cleaning, windshield wipers, and some kind of radiator flush. I just wanted an oil change. I get that they have targets but it's exhausting saying no five times. My S5 only needs the right grade synthetic and a decent filter, nothing fancy. A colleague at work said to try a no nonsense place called Leading Oil Change Abu Dhabi that apparently just does the job you ask for without the hard sell. Has anyone here actually used them for a European car? I'm also curious if they actually let you see the old oil drain out because I've heard stories about places charging for full synthetic but using bulk blend. I don't mind paying a fair price but I want honesty and no games. Also wondering if they top up the washer fluid without charging extra like some places do. Just tired of the dealership experience at a quick lube.
